Terms & Conditions for Party Booking
Premium Herbal Sheesha is available for 2 people at just ₹2,500/- per hour.
Decoration is strictly not allowed inside the property.
The deposit amount is non-refundable if the event is cancelled under any circumstances.
Booking amount will be 50% advance before finalizing the dates.
100% advance payment must be completed before the event.
The booking is valid only for the confirmed date, time slot and guest count mentioned in the final confirmation email with advance payment.
We have 2 separate kitchens for Veg and Non-Veg food. Crockery, Chefs, Kitchen Team and Serving Staff are also separate for each kitchen to maintain proper hygiene and service. Guests are also allowed to bring their own chef.
Outside alcohol and vape are strictly not allowed inside the property.
Any damage caused to the property, furniture, décor, equipment or fittings will be charged separately.
Guests are requested to maintain decorum and follow the property rules at all times.
Loud music, DJ setup, live entertainment or sound arrangements will be allowed only with prior permission.
Any extension of party timing will be subject to availability and additional charges.
The guest count must be confirmed in advance. Extra guests may be charged separately.
Menu, package, cabana, table, artists/singers, sound setup, host, DJ and service inclusions must be finalized before the event. Last-minute changes will be subject to availability.
In case of delay from the client or guests, the event end time will remain as per the confirmed booking slot.
Management reserves the right to cancel or stop the event in case of violation of property rules, safety concerns or unlawful activity.
Parking availability is subject to space and venue capacity.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by adults at all times.
The management will not be responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged or misplaced during the event.
All government taxes and applicable service charges will be charged additionally wherever applicable.
The prices mentioned for lobby and cabana are minimum charges. Final price may vary depending on availability.
